IP address and approximate location<\/strong> \u2014 your IP address is logged for security and rate-limiting purposes. If you mention your city or region during the conversation, that may also be recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Session transcript<\/strong> \u2014 a copy of the conversation may be stored in our website’s database. Personal details (names, contact information, addresses) are automatically removed from stored transcripts before saving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in understanding visitor enquiries and following up with prospective customers.
