Fastest service ever!! … Nörtti paikalle put me straight on to TeamViewer, via which it was so easy for Mr. Nerd himself, Alex, to reset my keyboard settings, etc, and generally make setting up a new MacBookAir a much easier task.

Benin tyttären kannettavasta tietokoneesta oli loppumassa tallennustila, joten konsultoin häntä parhaasta mahdollisesta ratkaisusta. Sovittu ratkaisu oli asentaa kiintolevy kannettavan tietokoneen laajennuspaikkaan.
Tätä tapausta helpotti se, että kyseisessä Lenovon kannettavassa tietokoneessa on valmiina tila toinen kiintolevylle. Jos näin ei olisi ollut, olisimme silti voineet lisätä tallennustilaa, mutta prosessi olisi ollut hieman pidempi ja työläämpi.
