Although IT Support is traditionally performed on site, I also use a remote support tool called “Teamviewer”.
You get the same support experience as if I was there in person.
At my premises
You deliver the laptop to me, and I work on it here. There are no call out charges, so this is the most economical choice.

Although IT Support is traditionally performed on site, I also use a remote support tool called “Teamviewer”. With Teamviewer, you get the same support experience as if I was there in person. Even if we were to be on opposite sides of the planet! You retain control of the connection at all times.
This is perfect for situations where the issue isn’t hardware related. A great example would be that you have just bought a new computer, and you like me to set up the software on it; install office programs, set up your email, etc.
It works like this:
- You install Teamviewer QuickSupport from here.
- At an agreed time, I will call and work with you to establish a connection between our computers.
- I carry out the work requested, and you can continue with your daily routine.
