Benin tyttären kannettavasta tietokoneesta oli loppumassa tallennustila, joten konsultoin häntä parhaasta mahdollisesta ratkaisusta. Sovittu ratkaisu oli asentaa kiintolevy kannettavan tietokoneen laajennuspaikkaan.
Tätä tapausta helpotti se, että kyseisessä Lenovon kannettavassa tietokoneessa on valmiina tila toinen kiintolevylle. Jos näin ei olisi ollut, olisimme silti voineet lisätä tallennustilaa, mutta prosessi olisi ollut hieman pidempi ja työläämpi.

Teamviewer on arvokas työkalu. Se on turvallinen ja helppokäyttöinen, ja sen avulla voin todella nähdä, mitä käyttäjä kokee. Toinen vaihtoehto on, että asiakas pitää kamerapuhelinta tietokoneen edessä - tämä toimii harvoin edes puoliksi yhtä hyvin.
